CUSTOMER CARE

Shipping & Handling

Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. If foreseen delays are expected with your order, you will be contacted via email.

Please note we are not responsible for any delays that may be caused by the carrier after the product has been picked up from our offices

Please note we are not responsible for packages that are lost once item is shown DELIVERED via tracking. Please contact carrier service for further assistance if you can not locate package once it has shown it was delivered. If you would like to purchase insurance, please request via email before purchase at care@monomin.com.

In-Store Pickup

Free in store pickup is available at our Flagship store location at 2109 Magazine Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.  Please select "Local In-Store Pickup" at checkout when selecting shipping options.  We will contact you via phone or email and let you know when your item(s) are ready for pickup.  All in-store pick up orders must be picked up within 7 days of ordering.  After 7 days it is a FINAL SALE.  Online confirmation of order must be present for pick up. Anything ordered after 5 p.m. CST will result in next business day processing. Please call 504-827-1269 if you need expedited pickup, we'll do our very best to accommodate all expedited in store pickup orders. 


Postal Rates

US Orders

All domestic orders are sent via USPS and typically arrive within 2-5 business days from shipped date. Once orders have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

FREE ground shipping on all orders over $50.  2-7 Business Days  [automatic at checkout] **Furniture and ride on toys excluded**

$6 Flat Rate for all order under $50.  2-7 Business Days

$16 Flat Rate for 2 Day Shipping.  2 Days

$39 Flat Rate for Overnight Shipping.  1 Day. 

Orders are shipped to the address provided, MONOMINI is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS, stolen or damaged packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.  If you'd like to add insurance or signature confirmation on your package please email us at care@monomin.com.

International Orders

All international orders will be shipped USPS International First Class and have a flat rate of $39.


Payment Information

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal payments. 

We accept Venmo in-store, our handle is @monomin.

Applicable sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within Louisiana only.


Order Status

You can view and track your order status by signing into your account and selecting purchase history.  You will also receive a shipping confirmation via email once the shipment has been completed. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update their records before you begin to track your order.


Online Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund. After 7 days, it is a FINAL SALE.

Regular priced items are eligible for return in its original condition. All items purchased with a promo code is valid for exchange or store credit only.  Sale, swimwear, makeup, bath products, books, toys, decor and all accessories are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.  All refunds exclude original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping. 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost once item has shown delivered via tracking. Please contact carrier service for further assistance if you can not locate package once tracking reflects delivered. If you would like to purchase insurance, please request via email before purchase.

All returns will be subject to inspection. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached. Returns received in worn condition cannot be accepted for exchange or return and will be sent back to you. We reserve the right to deny or refuse full refund based on the returned condition.

Return Instructions

To begin your return or exchange process:

Please reference your order number and the item(s) you wish to return in your email or text.

Please include original invoice with your return order.  Package up your return items securely and post the parcel back to us, using your preferred shipping service.  The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.  It's recommended to use a reliable service with tracking as your order is your responsibility until it is delivered back to shop.

In-store Returns & Exchanges

Regular priced items are eligible for return in its original condition up to 14 days, for either an exchange or store credit.  There are no refunds for in-store purchases.  

Sale, swimwear, makeup, bath products, books, toys, decor, stationary and all accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Gift Cards

MONOMINI e-gift cards may be purchased online and a gift card code will be emailed to the recipient and redeemable online only. Gift cards never expire.

MONOMINI in-store gift cards are valid in-store only and cannot be redeemed at shopmonomini.com.
